- Travel dates and the reason for the trip
- Number of required entries (single, double or multiple) and validity (3,6 or 12 months)

Letter of introduction
From the Austrian employer on company letterhead, with stamp and signature. The letter must specify:
- Data and passport details of the traveling person
- Travel dates and the reason for the trip
- Number of required entries (single, double or multiple), validity (3,6 or 12 months) and address in India
- Confirmation of receipt of travel expenses
If the company letter is issued by a non-Austrian company, the Residence in Austria can be proved by a copy of the registration form.
