Invitation letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Business Registration Certificate of Korean company

Copy with the business registration number

For multiple entries valid until 12 months:

• Tax clearance certificate from the Korean company issued in less then 3 months
• The letter of invitation and the letter of introduction must list the anticipated dates of travel

Travel confirmation

• Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
• Copy of the hotel confirmation

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Copy of the contract between the traveller and the local company or copy of the contract between the Swiss company and the local company.

• Salary slip over the last 6 months

10 working days

The original passport is only needed for the beginning of the application and can be sent back within 2 working days. The eVisa will then be forwarded by e-mail.
