The following sentence has to be writen in the Invitation letter: the company accepts full immigration responsibility while the applicant is in Nigeria
Commercial register extract
Copy excerpt from the company in Nigeria
Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:
- Data from the traveling person
- Travel dates
- Reason for the trip
- Confirmation to cover the travel expenses
Vaccination record
Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate
Proof of last visa
A copy of the last Nigeria Visa
Copy of passport details page
A copy of the passport pages containing the personal information
Travel confirmation
Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Processing time
5 working days
Information
For the first application each traveler must go to the consulate personally, or when the last visa was issued more than 4 years ago. Appointments are possible on Monday and Wednesday.

If there are difficulties with the online payment of visa fees, we are happy to help. Just fill out the form and sign it, AVS will advance the payment for you after checking for correctness.
