We are the official partner of the Embassy of Cuba in Bern when it comes to your holidays in Cuba.

The tourist cards or entry tickets entitle you to stay up to 30 days in conjunction with a hotel booking. A one-time extension of another 30 days is possible in Cuba. As a rule, the address of the accommodation must be given on arrival and a valid health insurance for the foreign country (usually a private insurance) must be provided.

When entering Cuba, one half of the tourist card (also valid as a visa for Cuba) is removed and stamped, the other half must be carefully stored, as the second part of the card will be stamped on departure. On request, there is no entry and exit stamp in the passport, if you still want to have it as a souvenir, the passport will also be stamped.

Invitation letter
Invitation letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the invited person
• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Travel confirmation
Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Tourist Card: 1 - 2 Working days upon receipt of payment

Business Visa: 5 Working days
